The 6 Steps of our Design Process

1. We meet with the client to learn more about their business and their goals. Discussing the needs and design of your web site will help us to determine the arrangement that will be needed to meet these needs.

2. During this meeting will prepare a proposal based on the design and time involved to complete your project. We will enter into a contract based on your 100% complete satisfaction with the final design of your project and we will ask for a $100.00 deposit.

3. For your convenience we will set up a temporary preview account for you to check the progress on your site while we build it. We start with the home page. This is the most important page on the site. If this page is not pleasing to the eye, the attention of the viewer will not have been caught and they will not stay. Therefore, the home page takes the longest and is the most expensive of the process. This usually takes anywhere from 3 to 5 business days depending on a complexity of the design.

4. Once the home page is complete and 100% to your satisfaction you will then be asked to sign off on the contract at this time you will be billed for half of the amount agreed upon. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied the contract will become void and we are owed nothing.

5. As remaining pages are finished you will still have access to view the progress. Within 5 days you will be notified that the site is complete (in some instances if the client does not have all content ready for the site and it does take longer to complete).

6. With completion of the site we ask that you take time to review all content and make any and all changes to your satisfaction. After this process your web site will be launched live for the world to see. You will then be asked to sign off the contract and billed your final payment.

Web sites should not be considered a one-time expense. A web site that changing keeps a visitor coming back. This should be taken into consideration when deciding to build a site. You will want to reflect changes in prices, services and growth of your company.
